Michael Messina is a rising Senior at Binghamton University double majoring in Political Science and Physics. An Asian American transracial adoptee, Michael arrived at college and immersed himself in the Asian American community he knew so little about.

Sam Solemnidad (she/her) is a second-generation Filipino-American and also a rising third year at UCLA where she’s double majoring in Political Science and Asian American Studies.
On August 28th, APIAVote will be participating in the March on Washington to demand passage of George Floyd’s Policing Reform Act and the John Lewis’s Voting Rights Advancement Act.
Maya (she/her/hers) is a Chinese-Taiwanese American from Bethesda, MD. She is a rising senior English major at Occidental College, and is so happy to be interning at APIAVote this summer!
PaNhia is a rising sophomore at Lawrence University with a major in political science. She is Hmong American and is the oldest daughter of seven siblings.
