Yu Jing Chen (she/her/hers) is the Development Operations Manager at APIAVote. In this role, Yu Jing manages the strategic direction of APIAVote’s resource development operations to enable the organization to achieve its mission and vision.
Prior to joining the APIAVote team, Yu Jing has experience interning at different levels of government, from the US Government Accountability Office to the City of Miami Beach’s Mayor’s Office. She is originally from Chicago, IL. Yu Jing also holds a Master’s in City Planning as well as a B.S. in Urban Studies and Planning with Computer Science from MIT, where she also once served as a campus ambassador for APIAVote. Yu Jing is also a Gates Scholar and Harry S. Truman Scholar for her achievements and leadership in public service.
